This is an early issue of Look magazine from May 7, 1940. The cover features Judy Garland and Mickey Rooney. The article inside is on Mickey Rooney and is titled, "The Private Life of Mickey Rooney." The 4-page article inside consists mostly of photos and captions underneath the photos. The back cover has a full color Lucky Strike cigarettes advertisement. These pre-war (World War II) magazines are very hard to find. The magazine is in used but good condition for it's 84 year age. There is no unwanted or extraneous writing in the magazine. All the pages are there. The front cover has a few holes on the right side near the bottom of Mickey Rooney's left arm. The binding is tight but frayed. The back cover has some surface tears. The colors of the covers are bright and clear. The magazine in the photos provided is the one you will be receiving.
